De Bortoli Windy Peak Chardonnay 2024 | Riverina Seppelt Shiraz and Mataro blend showcasingDe Bortoli Windy Peak Chardonnay 2024 is a textural, creamy Riverina Chardonnay crafted by winemaker John Coughlan from night harvested fruit. Forty per cent of the blend is fermented in old French oak barriques and hogsheads, with the entirety of the blend through malolactic fermentation and twelve months on yeast lees. The result is a Chardonnay of genuine flavour, depth, and the temerity to walk lock step with a beef wellington. Tasting Notes
