Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot Crémant du Jura Extra Brut Rosé, N/V reserved the grapes grow on vineyardThis wine is made of 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Poulsard, and 20% Trousseau. We would pair it with a charcuterie of Rosette de Lyon, and Brebirousse D'Argental. The meat and cheese is definitely quite the treat, but this sparkling ros is quite a find from Jura. Yeasty, savory, minerally, and the fruit comes in to tie it all together. Think bubbly pomegranate starfruit nectar. The domaine is both certified organic and biodynamic.
