It has a brooch fitting, but wed be happy to remove it upon request. There are 18 sparkling Old European cut diamonds totaling approximately 2. 4 carats. Each stone is set in platinum over 18 karat yellow gold. This piece weighs 5. 3 grams and measures 53. 5 x 27 mm. It bears no marks and has been acid tested.
