Robert Barbichon Champagne Brut Nature, N/V alsace A double IPA with luxuriantThis champagne is 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Blanc. Almost a true Blanc de Blancs, but with slightly more texture and unique aromatics from the Pinot. This wine is absolutely dry, with vibrant orchard fruit notes of yellow peach and golden delicious apple, a touch of meyer lemon and tons of acidity. We would pair it with Maryland Blue Crab Cakes with lemon and butter.
