A couple of nicks on the foot rim of the cup which were done during manufacture and glazed over

Measures 12 7/8" x 10 3/8"

It is decorated with ornate

some age commensurate crazing and a few tiny little ink spots done during manufacture (common)

It  reads SCOTCH in gold printed lettering on the front with hand painted flowers below and on each of the four sides

It is brass and has 3 lights with candle sleeves. It is intricately detailed. The actual chandelier is 17" long top to bottom x 9 1 2" across and does not include the ceiling mount or the chain so height can be adjusted. holds 3 chandelier bulbs. candle sleeves intact. It is wired but has not been checked. There are no glass panels though you
