The head features an outer crimped halo of calibre cut sapphires, overlapped by teardrop shaped diamond mounts and incredibly fine openwork flower motifs. With diamond set shoulders, fine millegrain edges, and beautifully worked pierced detailing to the back, knife edge band basically, all the usual tropes
