Stunning Amahle Carved Wooden African Wall Mask Exclusively Designed She paints the blueExpressing Africa's rich mask traditions, Ghanaian artisan Abdul Aziz Mohamadu hand carves this mask of sese wood. Featuring an oval shape, it is painted with a variety of colors while accented with etched line motifs. Embossed brass accenting the eyes gives the mask a textured surface that reflects traditional scarification practices. A clay rub gives this mask an antiqued finish. Mohamadu names it Amahle, meaning 'beautiful ones' in South Africa's
