Luigi Giordano 'Asili' Barbaresco DOCG, 2021 non-alcoholic brew This wine is made of100% Nebbiolo from one of the most famous vineyards of Barbaresco. The wine lives up to the hype and is beautifully perfumed, yet sharp and convincing on the palate. The soils of the Asili vineyard are a classic mix of fossil laden clay marl, found in many of the world's finest wine regions. The vineyard itself is a southeastern facing ampitheater, that experiences cooler temperatures and thus a longer ripening season. Phenolic maturation is almost
