We would pair this with a wood fired pizza or burgers made your way. Dedicated to the winemaking family's grandfather, the wine embodies the spirit of Ghemme and the surrounding Piedmontese hills, with elegant tannins and flavors of crushed cherries. Each of the grapes are cofermented in concrete with native yeasts, and come together
