2018 Brion Gysin ‘His Name was Master’ UG So very rare to findSuper in depth account on influential artist Brion Gysin, written by Coils Peter Sleazy Christopherson and Jon Savage; who pretty much created the post beat way of thinking and created the cut up technique alongside long time collaborator William S. Burroughs. One of the artists he inspired was Sleazys band mate, Genesis P Orridge, who collaborated with both Gysin and Burroughs in the 70s, during his work with Throbbing Gristle and COUM Transmissions.
