Elena Walch 'Kristallberg' Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC, 2024 finnish and citrus make this bottlingThis wine is 100% Pinot Bianco. 'Kristallberg' is an extremely mineral rich wine, with bright fruit notes as well. Aged in stainless steel for 10 days, and finished in large wooden barrels. It is extremely balanced and aromatically complex, with a faint nuttiness. It would make a great pairing with a creamy butter chicken and butter naan.
