Mills Airy Okay Honey Wild Ale 750ml (4.6%) South Africa driven by a philosophy ofAiry Okay is a spontaneously fermented Bire de Miel (honey beer). Fermentation in red Bordeaux barrels added colour and aromatics to complement the honey. The resulting beer was bottled with local honey to trap the notoriously delicate aromatics in the bottle, plus providing sugars for natural carbonation.
