Edwardian Natural Pearl & Diamond Openwork Ring Size:11 a vivid royal blue thatDATE: Edwardian, c. 1910 This stunning antique ring is a masterclass in openwork and millegrain detail, and it dates from the Edwardian period, circa 1910. Centre stage is a large natural dreamy pearl, surrounded by old European cut diamond set open worked panels with gorgeous fine millegrain detailing. A halo of platinum surrounds this, following the almost oyster shell shaped head. Perhaps this ring is a reference to the "Birth of Venus",
