Bruno Giacometto Canavese Rosato DOC, 2024 kirsch Soft and round but brightThis wine is made from Nebbiolo, Barbera, Neretto di Bairo, Freisa, and Merlot. The grapes are chilled and pressed in a tank where they maintain skin contact for 2 4 hours. The wine is then racked into stainless steel, where it remains on fine lees. This is a truly dark rose, with fuller berry flavors along for the ride. Pair it with steak tartare, or takeaway sushi.
