With vines boasting 55 years of age at the foot of the village hills, this wine is full of strength with deep complexity. Notes of white flowers, almond, and peach are supported by a mild acidity, with a subtle, delicate minerality. We recommend pairing this with lobster in a creamy beurre blanc.
