Early Victorian "Semper Fidelis" Wedding Band Size:6.75 The quality is exceptionalDATE: Victorian, c. 1850 A superb Early Victorian wedding band engraved inside with the words: Semper Fidelis, "always faithful". The S and F have been intertwined to form a monogram, possibly the first two initials of the betrothed or of the one who gave the ring, perhaps. It's lovely quality, modelled in 18 karat gold that's developed the most gorgeous patina over the years. MEASUREMENTS Width of band: 7. 3mm WEIGHT 6. 9g MARKS Stamped 18 CONDITION
