H.M. Borges 10 Year Old Reserve Verdelho Madeira - NV (750ml) 1981 well-endowed finishWith a light amber hue. The aroma features notes of iodine, candied orange, nuts and toast. On the palate, it delivers diverse notes, predominantly of nuts and beeswax. Aged in French and American oak barrels, using the traditional 'canteiro' process until bottling. Pairing It is exuberant with Serrano ham or smoked game, game and ricotta terrines, mushrooms with garlic or stuffed and flavourful with duck or goose foie gras pt.
