The peels are vatted for infusion with wild gathered herbs and botanicals from the slopes of Mt. Etna, then proofed with water drawn from the Etna spring. The result is a unique, tasty Amaro. Strong citrus notes dominate the nose, backed by light floral and earthy scents. The palate begins with bright citrus but is well balanced with earthy chocolate, florals, and lightly
