Diamond Ruby and Emerald Trefoil Flower Ring Sapphire Gorgeous and sparkly 1920s ArtA beautifully bright trefoil ring set with an old mine cut diamond, Burma ruby and a Columbian emerald with a small rose cut diamond in the stem. The ring is handcrafted in 18ct gold. The diamond is approximately 40 points, the ruby and emerald are approximately 18 points each.
