Made by Matthieu Baudry whose progressive approach has elevated his father Bernards legacy to new heights this wine reflects Baudrys mastery of terroir specific Cabernet Franc. Hand harvested fruit is destemmed and fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in cement for two weeks before aging 7 10 months in concrete,
