Once selected, single barrels of Wild Turkeys 51% rye mash are bottled non chill filtered at 104 proof. Though slight variations can occur between barrels, expect a sweet and spicy whiskey with notes of caramel, vanilla, citrus, black pepper, rye spice, and oak.
