The jacket is 100% silk, fully lined, and is in excellent condition, except for the missing sequins beads. I counted three of them, three maybe more. It's encrusted with white beads and sequins. The hem is scalloped and there is a single hook and eye at the front top of the neckline. 23 inches long 17 inches between shoulder seams 21 inches wide
