1980s Plunge Neck Black Jersey Evening Dress 1990s This 1960s Weiss trembler broochThis early 1980s Bill Tice evening dress is made from an unlined black slinky nylon jersey that, being wrinkle resistant and packable, is great for travel. A similar dress was featured in a Bill Tice for Swirl ad in the November 1980 issue of Vogue US. Both pieces have long sleeves, a deep plunge neckline and a slit all the way up the front of the skirt. This one has ruching at the waist and a decorative tie. It slips over the wearers head. There's a
