Nice full sleeves gather into elasticated cuffs. The body of the blouse is a line, gently gathered onto the yoke at the front bodice, and central loose inverted pleat to the back. Its a very soft crepe, I think manmade rather than silk but may be a blend. I would be tempted to alter
