This 1980s Matsuda Nicole Tokyo high-waisted skirt was made in Japan of a 70% spun rayon/30% wool jersey blend with a cotton lining

but we were able to authenticate it with the hang tag and the composition label that has matching specs

It was made in Italy of a viscose and polyester blend

and comes with a tassel belt that isn't original to the dress
