This skirt is in a good vintage condition. Great bright sky blue color with no fading. The skirt has snap buttons that button up the full length of the front of the skirt. There are 2 snap buttons at the waist to close. There are 2 pockets at the hips. Elastic is at the sides of the waistband to give some adjustability PLEASE NOTE: elastic band dried out from age and doesn't stretch as well.
