Main compartment opens and closes easily and quickly with the plastic knob and there's a smaller zippered compartment under the flap

Material has some give

1940s Velvet Skirt and Bolero Set shrug Suit is in very good1940s or early 50s black velvet skirt and bolero set with ivory lace trim. Lined bolero ties in front with two self ties and has lace trimmed 3 4 sleeves. Full skirt fastens with a side metal zip and single button. Set is in excellent condition aside from a spot on the trim of one sleeve. The set measures like an xxs.
