Rear velvet 'tassels' feature flowers to ends. Condition: Overall good, the paler flowers do show a little age foxing (last photo). Two layers of fine tulle over the sturdier net base ground show rubbing to the edges of top layer, unseen when worn. Measures: Under band approx 22. Should fit most average heads as sits to
