The front is pleated into a curved pipe seam and there is a goldtone latch at the top
This style is meant to be secured with a hat pin
The side closure is just fine but the back opening is slightly off center
194s Forstner Gold Mesh Belt anklestrap Skirt has a back metal40s gold tone metal mesh belt with hook and eye type clasp. Buckle front is a stylized bow with a stone encrusted ring. Minor darkening tarnishing but no other flaws that I saw. Measures 24. 5" at rest and 26" when pulled taught.
