70’s Sheer Chiffon Floral Dress scrimshaw 34" from back of neck1970s shift dress from Russia. Dusty rose sheer chiffon with green, yellow, and rust colored flowers and foliage design throughout. Slight gathering at the neckline. Slips on over the head. Cut shift style and features two ties at the waist to form. No label possibly homemade. Some slight issues There are a few small pin holes and other wear in parts of the fabric, though it is not extensive and not really noticeable when wearing. If the garment is
