It’s entirely handstitched

but are wrist length in me if jacket fastened

I think there are elements of an earlier (possibly 20s) dress which have been cleverly adapted in the 1930s - so whilst not in it’s original form is correct for the later decade

A 1970s novelty print blouse or tunic style top, with owl design and plain black polyester crepe. Big bright red buttons to yokes, which are actually functioning plackets! Matching buttons to cuffs, all original. Slips on over head and adjusts to fit with self tie half belt, so fairly flexible waist size if bust fits. Measures: Bust 38 including darts Waist 38 but ties to fit (no other openings)
