70s Red Tartan Plaid Pleated Skirt-dark Academia By Ilgwu 60s medium coat Zebra PrintLovely accordion pleated midi skirt made by the ILGWU (International Ladies Garment Workers Union) in the 1970s. Tartan plaid print in burgundy, green, rust red, and blue. A line silhouette, slightly asymmetric hem. In very good vintage condition; the waistband is elastic and has stretched a bit, but the skirt could be belted or the waistband rolled over. Otherwise, there are no issues except some tiny thread nubs here and there (last photo). No
