It is made of a mixed array of fabrics; burgundy wool felt, a vivid red pressed wool (and acrylic?) felt and a stretchy nylon fabric with curly ruffle tiers. All accented by a winding spiral ruffle rose dotted with rhinestones and flanked by two small leaves.
