It is made exclusively from young tea leaves that are traditionally hand picked in early May (first harvest), after a 4 week shading period. PREPARATION Put 1 teaspoon of matcha (approx. 1 2 g) into a bowl, add 100 ml of water at 80 C and mix thoroughly. RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS Store cool and dry.
