B2B Senior Sales Executive (Hunter Mindset)

Help us grow our global footprint by chasing leads, building relationships, and closing high-value B2B deals.

What You’ll Do
  • Actively seek and generate new B2B opportunities across target industries.
  • Use outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn/social outreach to build a pipeline.
  • Convert cold leads into long-term clients through consultative, solutions-led selling.
  • Deliver proposals aligned to budgets and project needs—and close.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract, with a smooth ops handoff.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead-gen campaigns and follow-up strategies.
  • Maintain clean CRM records and accurate forecasting.
  • Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to drive additional revenue via smart account management.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales success (technical/solution sales ideal; LED, signage, AV a plus).
  • Strong cold-calling & lead-gen skills—not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Target-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
  • Confident negotiator and closer with senior stakeholders/decision-makers.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, strong time management, able to work independently.
  • Fast learner with interest in the technical side of LED products.
