B2B Senior Sales Executive (Hunter Mindset)
Help us grow our global footprint by chasing leads, building relationships, and closing high-value B2B deals.
What You’ll Do
- Actively seek and generate new B2B opportunities across target industries.
- Use outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn/social outreach to build a pipeline.
- Convert cold leads into long-term clients through consultative, solutions-led selling.
- Deliver proposals aligned to budgets and project needs—and close.
- Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to contract, with a smooth ops handoff.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead-gen campaigns and follow-up strategies.
- Maintain clean CRM records and accurate forecasting.
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.
- Upsell and cross-sell to drive additional revenue via smart account management.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales success (technical/solution sales ideal; LED, signage, AV a plus).
- Strong cold-calling & lead-gen skills—not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Confident negotiator and closer with senior stakeholders/decision-makers.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Self-motivated, strong time management, able to work independently.
- Fast learner with interest in the technical side of LED products.
