Responsibilities:
- The ability to manage information professionally and confidentially
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes when required.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure documents are up-to-date.
- Monitor and remind management of important deadlines, tasks, and commitments.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Organisational and time management skills
- Emailing or calling new or existing clients
- Invoicing and Admin Work
- Providing administration and management support
- Day-to-day management of the office and facilities, and wider support to the management
- Raising purchase orders and receipt invoices
- Any other tasks the Client wishes to be performed that are in the scope of work and capabilities of the Agent
Candidate Requirements:
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree or an HND in Business Management or a similar capacity.
- Should have a minimum of 04+ years of working experience.
- Should possess good command of English communication skills.
- Basic IT and Social Media Knowledge. (Facebook, Instagram, email, Internet, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and Customer care skills. Collaborative mindset. Hands-on problem-solving ability.
