We are seeking a Creative Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the production of video content and posters.
Location: Wattala ( Full Time – Onsite )
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Creating and Editing: Edit and produce both long-form and short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
2. Design: Create visually appealing and effective posters and graphics for promotional materials and events.
3. Material management: Manage the video footage, images, and other necessary materials for media buying channels.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the UK team to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets their needs and expectations.
5. Creativity: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the overall creative direction of our video and design projects.
6. Quality Control: Ensure that all content meets our brand standards and is delivered on time.
Requirements:
1. Experience: More than 3 years of proven experience in video editing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
2. Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
3. Creativity: A keen eye for design and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
4. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and understand project requirements.
5. Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
6. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines.
