Umbrella Connect is a growing BPO company supporting UK businesses with administrative and operational services. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our team.
Role Overview
You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, customer communication, and general business support while working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Working Schedule
• Shift: 11:30 AM – 11:30 PM (12 hours with 1-hour break)
• Roster-based (14–17 working days per month)
Requirements
• Strong communication skills and good English
• Basic experience in admin tasks (emails, scheduling, coordination)
• Good organizational and multitasking ability
• Comfortable using computers and learning new tools
• Detail-oriented and responsible
Experience in a BPO environment is a plus.
