Position: Business Assistant

Responsibilities
Manage information professionally and maintain strict confidentiality
Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management skills
Email or call new and existing clients professionally
Assist with content writing using available online tools
Handle invoicing and general administrative work
Identify and research new business partners and prospects
Provide administrative and management support to the team
Support day-to-day office operations and facilities management
Raise purchase orders and process receipt invoices
Perform any other tasks requested by the client that fall within the scope of work and the agent’s capabilities
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Management or a related field
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Basic IT and social media knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, email, internet tools, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
Collaborative mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability
Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required to meet business or client needs
