We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a specialization in Social Media Marketing for a UK company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Creating visual contents for various marketing channels including Short Videos.
- Creating Sales Brochures | Marketing materials
- Managing the Company’s Social Media Accounts | Implementing Policies to Grow the Company’s Social Media Accounts
- Monitoring Social Media Trends and Competitor Activities | Conducting Social Media Advertising Campaigns
- Overseeing day-to-day management of social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Ensuring consistent brand voice and image across all platforms.
- Building and nurturing relationships with followers and influencers & Interacting with Prospective Buyers or People Making Inquiries.
- Crisis Management and Brand Reputation
- Utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to track and measure social media performance.
- Content Curation and Scheduling
- Joining Facebook Groups and Building Relevant Connections
- Ensuring the website content is up-to-date with the latest information, promotions, and products.
- Collaborating with web developers and content creators to maintain a user-friendly and visually appealing website.
- Integrating social media content and campaigns with the website to drive traffic and engagement.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social.
- Must have skills in video editing and graphic designing
- Proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in social media advertising and other relevant qualifications is a plus
